Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

 

All orders in North America are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification when it has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We also offer free shipping for orders over $150 (or any other applicable threshold you may have).

 

Local Delivery

 

  • We offer FREE shipping with purchases over US$150. For orders below US$150, it will be charged a shipping fee. Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses worldwide excluding remote areas.

  • We will contact you via the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of our arrival on the day of delivery.

 

International Shipping

 

  • We offer international shipping (Subject to shipping carriers).

  • Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

  • Please note that you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or other customs charges that may be imposed by your destination country.

 

 

Holiday Shipping

 

Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have a high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 5 business days for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales.doodleart@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

 

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

 

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If any of your selected carriers fall into this category, please refer to their policy regarding P.O. Box deliveries.

 

 

Duties and Taxes

 

Import taxes are implemented by your local government to mostly (but not only) protect your local economy and regulate international trade.

 

Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Doodle Art Store cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.

 

Please bear in mind that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to Doodle Art Store and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.
